Overview

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

• The goods were purchased in last 14 days.
• The goods are in their original packaging.
• The goods are unused and undamaged.
• SA receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

The following items are not elligible for return:

• Custom made or personalised items.
• Items that are perishable or have expired.
• Items unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
• Items that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

We reserve the right to reject returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions at our discretion.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable, except where prohibited by law.
